NEW HEADS

THE NEW HEADS ON MY LITHOPS SEEM TO BE COMING THOUGH VERY LATE THIS YEAR

LITHOPS AUCAMPIAE

LITHOPS COLEORUM

LITHOPS DOROTHEAE

COULD THIS BE DUE TO THE WEATHER. MUCH  MORE DAMP THAN NORMAL. IN JANUARY RAIN MORE THAN THREE TIMES AVERAGE, ABOUT THE SAME SUN BUT NO FROSTS.

  1. I'm experiencing the same situation Alain. I also attribute it to the prevalence of cloudy conditions and lack of direct sunlight. Usually by this time of year I'm actually watering a few of the plants, but not this year. If you grow lithops you have to learn to be patient, these are plants that won't be rushed. :)

    1. I think it is important to observe plants to decide the best treatment as conditions change.
