  3. Great photos of a great collection. Thanks for sharing Alain. A greenhouse is really the way to grow these sun loving plants.

  4. I have read about someone who grows Lithops in a porch but I agree a greenhouse is easier. The Mesembs. were so neat.

  5. Hi Alain, In looking over the great photos you posted, I notice Suzanne uses what appears to be a label maker for her plant labels. I've always wondered how well this type of label holds up under full sun conditions. Her labels look great for being in a greenhouse. Do you use, or have you ever used a label making machine?

    1. I have experienced problems with marker pen fading on labels and have gone back to pencil. Suzanne says the labels she produced from her first label maker lasted about 10 years.

  6. Hello Alain, do they have a website where I can order some of these candy? :)
    And where are they located?

    Thanks

    1. Suzanne and Tony Mace do have a nursery but it is visitors only. There is no list or website. They are in Sussex.
The plants above are in their private collection.

  7. Hello Alain, their collection was so great! I know that Germany has a lot of lithops nurseries right? I really want to order some, can you recommend me some nursery that ship internationally, please?

    1. I do not buy plants through the post anymore and have never ordered plants from Germany so cannot recommend a nursery. I do not know of one in the uk that ships outside the EU. I hope you find one.
