ECHINOCEREUS LONGISETUS DELAETII

  1. Great plant Alain, and wonderful to see the nice flower. When this plant first enter the trade in the mid 1980's there was a lot of concern that it would never flower in cultivation, unless it was a habitat collected plant. While the long, hair-like spines are the feature most commented on, the flowers are lovely. A really unique Echinocereus. Super plant.

    1. The long spines and flowers are great but I find heads can die off which can make it difficult to get a 'show' plant. Worth growing though.
