The main branch show is in the Spring. The Autumn show takes place on a normal meeting night and allows some plants to be shown which are not at their best in the Spring.

Nice group of plants Alain. Were some of your conophytums and or Lithops in the show? I would guess there were many more "other" succulents than cacti. However, I think the one cactus you showed, it looks like a Turbinicarpus, was beautiful. I think it is a great idea to have a show in the fall. And I think it's great you are willing to share your photos of the show plants with us. :)
ReplyDeleteI did enter the show but none of my plants are in the photos. It was a good opportunity to include other peoples plants. Mainly Mesembs, in the show but there are a few classes for Cacti which included the nice Turbinicarpus. Timing of shows can be difficult. An October show could be better for Conophytums and Ariocarpus.
